Sigh. Gotta love strange people. Funny how no matter where I go, who I'm with or what I'm doing I manage to cause a scene, piss someone off, or get into an argument.
I did read your entire response. I do not mind having an open dialogue with people about differing views, but you started off your dialogue with hateful comments, insulting remarks, and total disrespect in general. This is an ART site, yet your comments reflected nothing about the quality of the artwork I provided. You simply insulted me because my views are different than yours. Your passions will continue to be "cruelly disregarded" as long as you keep showing a disrespect for other people’s opinions other than your own, even if they do differ from yours. It’s called discussing things in a grown up manner. Now, I’ve wasted far too much of MY valuable time talking to somebody who wants nothing more than to insult my way of life, a way of life which I love.
And while you are insulting people who raise cattle, think about how many millions of people would otherwise starve if there weren't people in agriculture doing exactly what my family does. Again, you show nothing but blatant disrespect for other people's views and other people's way of life.

Well excuse me for having an opinion. As far as I'm concerned if you're putting your work up like this, you're offering it up to criticism. It's what happens in the art world. I didn't like what she had to say about mustangs and it's within my right to say something or try to discuss it with her--and let me ask you, since when is it considered immature to try and have a semi-(she was rather lacking)intelligent conversation or debate? It's not my fault she sucks at defending her work.
Haha! Oh, the petty things you people care about... "Blessed".... Scoff. Nope, I consider myself.... bored. You left me quite a miserable comment for a "first comment". I don't need this silly site to network, I do just fine with everything else.

"sigh. the majority of mustangs are not old, ex-domestic horses-- granted, a ridiculous amount of horses today are being turned loose or neglected thanks to an idiot named bush, but the majority are not. yes, they tend to be small, though not all, or even close to it. it's funny you call them scrawny as well, because if they were truly scrawny, how would they survive? and undernourished? explain how, please. yes they are outnumbered by an absurd amount of your cattle, who hog forage and water sources and destroy the environment, but there is still enough out there for them, despite harassment from the BLM and you private ranchers. any undernourishment is thanks to you guys.
and as for not liking to hear the truth... well, i commend your attempt in trying to "enlighten" me, but none of this is anything new to me. i'm not your average moron, easily blinded by anyone's opinion, and i'm sorry you are so stuck in your ways.
sure, i can be very spiteful sometimes, but when my biggest passion is so cruelly disregarded, it pisses me off. maybe consider a little tact next time you decide to post such a crude statement and remember that not everyone thinks the way you do.
You're certainly allowed to have an opinion but it's extremely immature to make rude comments about someone's artwork simply because you dislike their opinions. And to further add insult is not conductive to having a "discussion." It only leads to people fighting. And you're surprised you got blocked after the rudeness you gave her? That's not true debate, it's immature baiting and the actions of someone out to pick a fight.
Personally, I smell a troll. I don't think you're here on DA for anything art related: you post no work of your own and you seem to be blocked from a lot of profiles. If that's what you are then that's your business but you won't find a large welcome mat here. This is a site for sharing art, art opinions and critiquing each others' art in the name of improving artistic technique.
And in the spirit of debate: back up your opinions with some facts. Not all mustangs are mixing with loose horses but some are, especially those nearer to "civilized" areas. It's also a sad fact that the BLM culls the better horses from the herds to put up for adoption which leaves the old and fugly to continue breeding and is breeding out the better characteristics in many mustang herds and weakening the breed as a whole.
As for passing your note on: why bother? She blocked you because she thinks you have nothing useful or polite to say. It's not my problem is she doesn't wish to waste her time "debating" with someone that has a poor understanding of what debate actually means.
